This Albana di Romagna Secco DOCG produced by Terre Cevico shows an immediate aromatic clarity: bright straw in the glass, with scents of apple and white peach, light floral notes and a citrus accent that keeps the profile fresh and direct.

On the palate it is dry and well balanced, with good acidity that supports the structure and a final sapidity that cleanses the sip; the persistence is pleasant without being intrusive, offering a smooth, easy-drinking character. Versatile and practical in the kitchen, it pairs naturally with seafood starters, fish-based first courses, shellfish and fresh cheeses, but also holds up well with light traditional dishes. Served at a moderate temperature it best expresses its liveliness and aromas; recommended for those seeking a dry, balanced and immediate white capable of accompanying everyday meals without sacrificing personality.

Winery history
Born as a network of Romagna winegrowers' cooperatives, Terre Cevico has been operating since 1963 and over time has evolved into an integrated cooperative group, bringing together technical, commercial and logistical services for the supply chain. Since 2017 the name "Terre Cevico" reflects the mosaic of territories and wineries that make up the group, with a growing presence in national and international markets.
Production philosophy
Cooperative values, environmental sustainability, and ethical and economic responsibility guide the cooperative's activities: the manifesto "Tutto è possibile" sums up the commitment to more sustainable agricultural and production practices, the promotion of indigenous grape varieties, and support for its community of winegrower members.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards and production activities are concentrated in Emilia-Romagna: along the Romagna hill ridge, through Cesena, Forlì and Faenza, to the sandy soils of the Parco del Delta del Po and the Ravenna plain. The group operates several winemaking and bottling facilities and collection centers distributed across the area.
