Albana di Romagna Secco DOCG Vigna Rocca from Tremonti is an organic white wine that conveys the typical characteristics of the denomination without reference to a specific vintage. Pale straw in color, on the nose it opens with notes of white flowers, peach and cedar, accompanied by a light herbal touch that provides freshness. Also evident are hints of green apple and a subtle citrus lift that complete the aromatic profile. On the palate it shows a balance between lively acidity and sapidity, a restrained body and a persistence that invites another sip.

It stands out for its versatility at the table: it pairs with light seafood dishes, vegetable starters, pastas with not overly structured sauces and fresh cheeses. It is also suitable as an aperitif wine for those seeking a dry, clean profile. It is recommended to serve it chilled, but not ice-cold, to appreciate its aromas. The "Bio" mention reflects the choice of agricultural practices oriented to sustainability; each bottle carries the character of the producer Tremonti and the Vigna Rocca.
