The Aligoté Bourgogne by Chartron et Trébuchet is a representative example of the elegance and freshness that characterize the white wines produced in the Burgundy region, France, using the Aligoté grape variety. This vine, secondary to the more famous Chardonnay in the region, nevertheless offers wines of considerable interest for their liveliness and pleasantness on the palate.

The wine has a light straw yellow color, a sign of its youth and freshness. On the nose, the Aligoté Bourgogne of Chartron et Trébuchet unfolds a delicate but complex aromatic bouquet, where notes of white flowers, green apple and a touch of lemon intertwine, with a slight minerality reminiscent of flint, a distinctive characteristic of the terroirs of the Burgundy.

In the mouth, the wine expresses an immediate freshness, with a lively but balanced acidity that makes it particularly drinkable and refreshing. The structure is light and harmonious, with a persistence of taste that brings back the citrus and mineral sensations felt on the nose, culminating in a clean and stimulating finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Aligoté Bourgogne by Chartron et Trébuchet also pairs perfectly with light dishes, such as fresh salads, fish and seafood dishes, or goat's cheeses. Its versatility and freshness make it a wine suitable for different occasions, from a simple convivial meeting to a more formal meal.
