The production follows a scrupulously natural process: the honey, collected from bees grazing in blooming Alpine meadows, is slowly blended with the distillate, allowing the flavors to merge without the use of artificial additives. This method ensures a product of unparalleled purity, where each sip evokes the freshness and undisturbed beauty of the Alpine peaks.
Alpestre Miele is distinguished by its well-balanced organoleptic profile. On the nose, the lively notes of honey emerge immediately, followed by an elegant bouquet of aromatic herbs. On the palate, the combination of the sweetness of honey and the slight bitterness of the herbs creates a perfect balance, culminating in a long and pleasantly warm finish.
Ideal to be enjoyed neat at the end of a meal, it is also an excellent companion for creating innovative cocktails, where its unique personality can shine in combination with other ingredients. Alpestre Miele 50cl is a tribute to Italian distilling tradition and its incessant search for harmony between nature and craftsmanship. A true treasure for lovers of superior quality liqueurs.
