The Riesling Kaefferkopf Grand Cru from Domaine Meyer-Fonné is a superb expression of one of Alsace's most renowned terroirs. Situated in the prestigious Grand Cru Kaefferkopf, this wine reflects the uniqueness of its terroir, offering an intensely complex aromatic bouquet. On the nose, vibrant notes of white-fleshed fruits, such as peach and green apple, stand out, enriched by hints of wildflowers and subtle mineral accents. On the palate, the wine reveals an elegant and well-balanced structure, with a crisp acidity that harmoniously integrates with a slight residual sweetness, typical of high-quality Rieslings. Its aromatic persistence and refined minerality make it ideal for pairing with fish or seafood dishes, as well as medium-aged cheeses. A true delight for the palate that will evolve magnificently over the years.
