Pairing Aperitif
Alta Langa DOCG Brut from Vite Colte shows a pale straw color with a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose it displays a fresh, layered profile with notes of white flowers, citrus peel and green apple, accompanied by light hints of warm bread and almond. The bubbles are fine and well integrated, giving a sense of lightness and dynamism on the palate. The overall impression is harmonious and inviting thanks to its clarity and restrained expression.

On the palate it confirms a slim structure, with lively acidity and a saline note that supports the finish. The sip feels balanced, easy to drink and with pleasant persistence that recalls the fruity and floral aromas perceived on the nose. It works well as an aperitif wine but also pairs with grilled fish, shellfish, light first courses and fresh cheeses. Serve cool and in a wide glass to appreciate its finesse.
