This Torilan wine, offered by Terlano under the Alto Adige DOC designation, combines Merlot and Cabernet in a balanced, restrained profile. In the glass it shows a medium-intensity ruby color; on the nose it opens with aromas of ripe red fruit accompanied by vegetal touches and delicate spice, without excess. The olfactory reading remains fresh and composed, with good definition of the various aromatic components inviting tasting without forcing.

On the palate it confirms a solid but not aggressive structure: the tannins appear present and well integrated, acidity supports the sip while maintaining drinkability. The finish is discreetly persistent, leaving fruity traces and light herbaceous notes. It pairs with dishes of moderate seasoning such as roasted meats, aged cheeses that are not too pungent, and traditional local cuisine. Serve at a moderate temperature and consider opening in advance to allow aeration. The wine suits both everyday convivial occasions and quieter moments and retains its balance and character in the short term.
