The Müller Thurgau from Terlano, Alto Adige DOC, appears pale straw yellow with green highlights. On the nose it shows delicate, linear fragrances: meadow flowers, notes of green apple and a touch of citrus, accompanied by a fresh, measured character that does not overpower. On the palate it is light and easy to drink, with a flavor profile marked by balanced acidity and a clean, sapid finish; the profile remains essential and composed.

It is suitable for early, everyday consumption and pairs well with light seafood dishes, salads, vegetable-based starters and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, to emphasize its fresher aromas. It is a versatile wine for informal occasions, ideal for convivial openings or as an enjoyable companion during a meal. Store away from heat sources and consume within a few years to appreciate its liveliness.
