The Terlaner Cuvée from Terlano, Alto Adige Terlano DOC, is a white wine of classic style that aims for balance and freshness. Pale straw in colour with greenish reflections, on the nose it opens with delicate scents of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and light citrus notes, accompanied by a mineral hint that contributes to a clean olfactory impression. The expression remains composed and fine, without excessive aromatics. The complexity is subtle: the olfactory delicacy gives way to a measured structure that invites attentive tasting.

On the palate it maintains a saline texture and lively acidity that balance the softness, with returns of apple, pear and lemon zest and a clear, persistent finish. It is suitable to be enjoyed young for its freshness, but can also accompany with balance light starters, delicate fish dishes, salads and fresh cheeses. Fit for informal moments as well as light dinners; it opens conversations without overpowering the dish. Serve chilled and savour slowly to appreciate its discreet intensity; a medium-sized white wine glass will enhance its aromas.
