Amarcord La Midòna 50cl - Case of 12 Bottles

Midòna is a top-fermented golden Ale created with spring water, barley malt, hops and dry hopping cascade hops.

When poured, it has a white and compact foam, fine and dense, very persistent. Limpid and crystalline, of an antique gold colour. Floral scents of linden arrive on the nose, perceptions of freshly cut grass and aromas of biscuit malt with fresh spicy hints. The citrus sensations given by dry hopping are immediately recognizable. Finally, the fresh medicinal herbs are revealed.

On the palate it has a medium body, in the mouth the herbaceous notes remain and the slightly pungent bitter ones are added to the spicy ones; also the presence of ginger and freshly mown grass and the fresh and tasty aromas of hops make their entrance on the finish. Average persistence, pleasantly dry.

It goes perfectly with tasty pizzas. It is perfect with vegetable first courses, as well as cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. A beer with a Romagna heart that certainly gives its best when paired with wraps and cassoni with the most varied fillings.
