The Amaro Blood Orange IGP of Tree Liquor Bark stands out for its intense and vibrant expression, rooted in the tradition of Italian amaros. Produced with red orange berries typical of Mediterranean regions, it enhances the IGP quality, which guarantees the origin and genuineness of the fruit used. The bitter character is enriched with a natural citrus sweetness, balanced by aromatic herbs and selected roots, following an artisanal method that highlights the complexity of the ingredients without overpowering them.

In the glass, it appears with an intense ruby color, enriched with amber reflections that recall the peel of red oranges. On the nose, it releases vibrant aromas of ripe citrus fruits, with hints of artichoke, rhubarb, and a spicy undertone, while on the palate it shows a savory-bitter balance, supported by a velvety softness that leaves a pleasant persistence. Excellent to taste neat at the end of a meal, it is also suitable for innovative cocktails that require a bitter spirit with character, ideal for pairing with desserts based on dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
