Florio Amaro is a famous expression of the Sicilian liqueur tradition, produced by the historic Florio company, founded in 1833 in Marsala, a town known for its fortified wine. This amaro is a perfectly balanced infusion of aromatic herbs, roots, and citrus fruits, carefully selected and blended to offer an authentically Sicilian taste experience.

With its dark amber color, Florio Amaro appears inviting and mysterious in the glass. An intensely aromatic nose anticipates notes of bitter orange, bay leaf, rosemary, and a slight hint of mint, which blend with the unmistakable aroma of licorice and cinnamon. On the palate, it is soft yet robust, with a balanced sweetness that gives way to a pleasantly persistent bitter finish.

Florio Amaro 70cl is versatile in its consumption, ideal to enjoy neat as a digestif after a meal, or as a base for innovative cocktails. It stands out particularly for its ability to blend in mixology, creating drinks that further enhance its multiple aromatic facets.

This amaro not only represents a classic of Sicilian gastronomy but is also a testament to the craftsmanship and passion that the Florio company has maintained unchanged over the decades. An invitation to discover the intense and authentic flavors of a land rich in history and culture.
