Vaca Mora is a bitter produced following a natural infusion method of flowers, herbs and plants with innumerable digestive properties, in Grappa and alcohol.

Distillation
Artisanal distillation with discontinuous water-bath stills (copper boilers) for grappas and distillates; a vacuum water-bath still (Crysopea) is used for some gin references.
Ageing
Aging in casks/barrique; specific examples include whisky aged in white oak casks for 5 years (e.g. Conclave) and products using barrique/solera systems for some aged grappas.
