Amaro Ramazzotti is a liqueur made from the perfect mix of 33 spices, flowers, fruits and herbs from all over the world, whose recipe is still kept secret today and handed down from generation to generation.
Among the known ingredients we find cinchona, a plant native to the Peruvian Andes with an intensely bitter taste and great digestive properties; the gentian, a plant native to the temperate zones of Central Europe which stands out for its delicately bitter flavour; and rhubarb, a plant native to China with a pleasantly bitter taste that combines well with the other ingredients, balancing the flavours.
