Amaro Vaca Mora Big Mama is a characterful amaro that surprises with the balance between its bitter component and a warm, never intrusive sweetness. On the nose it opens with intense notes of aromatic herbs and citrus peels, supported by a lightly spicy base; the sip is round, with a full body and a delicate tannic texture that structures the palate without weighing it down. The persistence is good and leaves a pleasant bitter finish, suited to those seeking an honest, recognizable ending. The 3-liter format makes it practical for sharing or for mixing in larger quantities.

It works well both as a digestif served neat or with ice, and in cocktails where the bitter element needs to assert itself without overpowering the other ingredients. For food pairings it complements dark chocolate desserts, aged cheeses, and rustic dishes that call for contrast and depth. Store protected from light; once opened, it’s best consumed within a reasonable time to preserve freshness and aromatic character.
