L'Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2007 della cantina Bertani è un vino prestigioso che rappresenta l'essenza della tradizione vinicola italiana. Questo straordinario vino è prodotto utilizzando tecniche di appassimento delle uve Corvina Veronese e Rondinella, che vengono lasciate a seccare per diversi mesi prima della vinificazione. L'annata 2007 si presenta con una notevole eleganza e complessità.

Alla vista, l'Amarone Bertani si distingue per il suo colore rosso granato molto intenso, quasi impenetrabile. Al naso, offre un bouquet ricchissimo e complesso, in cui si fondono note di ciliegia matura, prugne secche e more, accompagnate da delicate sfumature di spezie, cioccolato fondente e tabacco.

In bocca si mostra ampio e avvolgente, con una struttura tannica ben definita ma vellutata. Il gusto si arricchisce di frutta sotto spirito, liquirizia e leggere note balsamiche, che contribuiscono a una persistenza lunga e soddisfacente.

Questo Amarone è ideale per accompagnare piatti robusti come brasati, arrosti di carne, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati. Può essere apprezzato anche da solo, come vino da meditazione, per un'esperienza enologica di alta classe. Con un potenziale di invecchiamento notevole, promette di evolvere ulteriormente in bottiglia, regalando emozioni per molti anni a venire.

Winery history
Founded by the Bertani family in the second half of the 19th century, the winery has built a long tradition tied to Valpolicella and to the production of dry wines and wines made using the appassimento method. The historic estate includes Villa Mosconi in Novare di Arbizzano di Negrar, a site closely linked to the origins and preservation of many local winemaking practices. Bertani preserves an extensive sequence of historic vintages and has contributed to defining the Amarone style in the area.
