The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2016 by Bertani, produced in the historic Valpolicella Classica area, stands out for the elegance and complexity typical of this Veneto region. Made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, subjected to the traditional drying process on racks, this Amarone undergoes aging in wooden barrels that enhance its structure and balance.

In the glass, it shows an intense and deep ruby color, while on the nose it offers a rich bouquet of fruity notes of ripe cherry, plum, and sweet spices, accompanied by toasted and balsamic hints, a sign of well-managed long aging. The taste is enveloping, warm, with soft tannins and a pleasant aromatic persistence that reveals hints of tobacco and dark chocolate.

Perfect paired with succulent red meats, braised dishes, and aged cheeses, it represents an excellence that fully expresses the tradition and identity of Valpolicella.
