The Valpolicella Ripasso DOC from Tenzone - Eleva is a refined selection that evokes the lightness and depth of traditional Venetian winemaking methods. This wine is the result of a second fermentation of the base Valpolicella wine on a mass of amarone grape skins, a historic method known as "Ripasso." Thanks to this unique process, the wine gains increased body, complexity, and superior aromatic intensity.

The wine showcases an intense ruby red color, with hints that lean towards garnet as it ages. On the nose, it reveals vivid notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, enriched by hints of sweet spices and a light touch of vanilla, deriving from wood aging.

On the palate, Tenzone - Eleva's Valpolicella Ripasso DOC offers a sturdy and well-balanced structure. The acidity is harmoniously woven with soft yet persistent tannins. The finish is warm and embracing, with a lingering aromatic persistence that echoes the fruity and spicy notes perceived on the nose.

It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature of about 16-18°C. It pairs perfectly with richly flavored dishes, such as red meat roasts, game, and aged cheeses. Moreover, its complex profile makes it ideal for special evenings or as a meditation wine.

The captivating integrity of Tenzone - Eleva's Valpolicella Ripasso DOC makes it a masterpiece that celebrates the Venetian winemaking tradition, offering its connoisseurs a deeply authentic and unforgettable tasting experience.
