Its name will appeal to those looking for a substantial red to enjoy at leisure with a meal. The available information does not specify a vintage, grape varieties or tasting characteristics. It is therefore best to discover the wine once poured, without assigning aromas or details that have not been confirmed.

It can accompany a shared meal or occasions when wine is intended to take a central role. It may pair well with flavourful dishes such as meat and slow-cooked preparations, or with strongly flavoured cheeses; the choice will also depend on the menu and personal preferences. To enjoy it, serve in a suitable red-wine glass and allow it some time in the glass. A wine from Allegrini for those wishing to choose an Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG without relying on information not included in the product details.
