Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG from Lamberti shows an intense yet elegant character, with substance that does not give up freshness and sapidity. On the nose it opens with memories of dried dark fruit, spirit-soaked cherry and plum, accompanied by notes of bitter cocoa, tobacco and light sweet spices; all wrapped in a warm, soft sensation that makes the profile immediately recognizable without feeling heavy. The balance between alcohol and acidity keeps the wine lively and easy to enjoy in the glass.

On the palate it offers full body, tannins that are present but well integrated and a structure that supports a long tasting: the sapidity helps balance the residual sweetness and delivers a lingering finish that invites the next sip. It pairs with braised meats, game stews, aged cheeses and dark chocolate desserts; it is suited to long conversations or hearty dishes. Serve at around 16-18 °C and, if possible, decant to allow the bouquet to open; it also lends itself to further ageing in the cellar.
