This Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG from Pasqua offers a broad, restrained presence: the profile remains concentrated and enveloping, with ripe notes and a defined tannic framework that supports the body. On the nose there are dark fruit notes and subtle spice hints; on the palate the substance is dense and the balance rests on a warm, persistent texture. The gustatory tension and the alcohol integrate with the softness, delivering a solid but not aggressive drinking experience.

The magnum version, packaged in a wooden case, is intended for sharing on special occasions or as a gift; the larger volume encourages a slower opening and a more harmonious expression once opened. It is recommended to serve at a moderate temperature and pair with flavorful dishes such as roasted meats, braises and aged cheeses. It suits both immediate enjoyment and a short cellar period for those who wish to soften the edges. A practical, characterful choice for those who favor intense, measured wines.
