This Amarone della Valpolicella from Zeni's Linea I Classici shows an intense, concentrated character. On the nose there are ripe red and black fruit, notes of cherry and plum, together with a subtle range of sweet spices and cocoa that contribute to pleasant complexity. On the palate it reveals full body, present tannins and a smooth texture that supports deep flavors; the persistence is pronounced without being excessive, offering a balance between structure and alcoholic warmth.

It pairs well with structured meat dishes, roasts, braises and aged cheeses, or as a companion to mushroom dishes and game in cooler seasons. Serving at a moderate temperature is recommended and, for those who prefer, a short period of aeration before drinking can help open the aromas. A label representative of Zeni's tradition in the category of robust red wines, suitable for immediate enjoyment or moderate cellar development.
