A lively cuvée of sparkling wine and grape must combines with the natural juice of Sicilian blond oranges in a simple recipe with no added sugar, created to offer an authentic, refined experience with a low alcohol content.
In the glass, it has a bright color enhanced by lively amber and orange reflections, crowned by a fine, creamy and pleasantly velvety foam. On the nose, it reveals an enticing bouquet led by intense notes of orange and grapefruit, enriched by delicate herbal and floral nuances. On the palate, the natural softness of citrus meets vibrant freshness that fades into a pleasant bitter finish, giving you a light, balanced sip full of character.
Ideal as a welcome drink for toasting at a celebration or paired with appetizers and light dishes, it is best served well chilled, poured over plenty of ice and garnished with a slice of fresh orange.
