The Anima Umbra Grechetto IGT by Arnaldo Caprai is a refined example of how a native vine variety can express the richness and complexity of its terroir. This wine, from the region of Umbria, is produced exclusively with Grechetto grapes, known for their ability to reflect and amplify the unique characteristics of the soil and climate in which they are cultivated.

Color: It appears a light straw yellow with bright reflections that anticipate the freshness and aromatic vitality.

Aroma: The olfactory bouquet is delicate and seductive, with floral notes of chamomile and acacia flower intertwined with hints of white-fleshed fruits such as peach, and citrus hints of lemon and lime. A light nuance of bitter almond further enriches the olfactory experience.

Taste: On the palate, the Anima Umbra Grechetto IGT is elegantly balanced, with a lively acidity that gives freshness and dynamism to the palate. The flavors confirm the aromatic perceptions, with a persistence that leaves a pleasantly fruity and slightly almond aftertaste.

Pairings: This wine pairs beautifully with seafood dishes, such as crustaceans and shellfish, but is also ideal with light appetizers and fresh cheeses. It is also perfect as an aperitif, capable of stimulating the palate and preparing it for the following dishes.

Serving temperature: It is recommended to serve the Anima Umbra Grechetto IGT at a temperature of 8-10°C to best enhance its qualities.

Therefore, the Anima Umbra Grechetto IGT is a wine that, while maintaining a classic profile, manages to surprise with its freshness and aromatic complexity, excellently reflecting the authentic expression of its vine variety and the territory of origin.
