This sublime Anjou Blanc "Effusion" created by Patrick Baudouin is an exceptional example of finesse and complexity. Originating from the renowned Loire region in France, this wine is primarily made from Chenin Blanc grapes, famous for their ability to precisely reflect the unique terroir in which they are grown.

The wine presents a straw yellow color with bright highlights. On the nose, it offers an intense aromatic bouquet, with notes of white-fleshed fruits like apple and pear, blended with hints of white flowers and a slight mineral nuance, typical of the Anjou area. On the palate, "Effusion" exhibits a beautiful acidity and impeccable balance, with a structure that promises excellent longevity. The sensations on the palate are persistent and leave a refreshing and elegantly aromatic aftertaste.

This wine is ideal to accompany refined dishes based on fish, shellfish, or goat cheese. It is also perfect as an aperitif, for a moment of pure gustatory pleasure. "Effusion" is an excellent choice for wine lovers seeking a distinctive and high-quality product.
