The Armagnac Millesime 2015 from Bordeneuve opens with a profile that combines immediacy and finesse: yellow-fleshed fruit, ripe plum and a sweetness of honey and caramel accompany light spices and a toasted hint. The olfactory texture is linear and clean, without excess, and suggests an elegance that invites another sip to catch its details. The intensity remains controlled, with a balance that highlights both character and drinkability.

On the palate the spirit is warm and enveloping, medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a silky sensation that supports the aromatic progression; notes of sweet tobacco, vanilla and a mineral accent emerge, rounding everything off. The finish is persistent and clean, with returning fruity notes that close gracefully. It is well suited as a contemplative after-dinner bottle, excellent with dark chocolate or aged cheeses, and also works in cocktails that require aromatic depth; serve in a large glass, allowing it to open for a few minutes before tasting.
