Asio Otus is the Latin name of the Owl, an animal to which wisdom and enigma are attributed, characteristics that have always been typically linked to this particular nocturnal bird. We find the same special qualities in the wine itself defined as enigmatic, produced with a blend of Italian and international grapes.

Asio Otus Bianco is a still wine with a brilliant straw yellow color that releases hints of great intensity marked by fruity aromas of apple, peach, citrus and tropical fruits. In the mouth the taste is round and harmonious, balanced and elegant, with a very satisfying persistent finish.

A wine that is also good on its own but equally versatile, in fact it lends itself well to accompanying fish-based dishes, starting from raw fish appetizers to risotto or pasta with seafood, up to grilled fish. Also excellent when paired with not too mature cheeses and white meats.
