The Rosso Dealcolizzato of Asio Otus is a wine that surprises for its ability to maintain the intensity and organoleptic richness of a traditional red, despite being alcohol-free. Coming from selected vineyards, this label stands out for a careful production process that preserves the authentic character of the grape varieties used, while adapting to a lighter and more casual consumption choice. The grapes, harvested in regions known for quality viticulture, undergo a dealcoholization process that does not compromise the structure and the fruity and spicy nuances typical of red wine.
On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits emerge, such as cherry and blackberry, accompanied by a delicate vegetal scent that adds freshness to the sip.
