Badarina Barolo DOCG from Bersano is a Barolo that shows the classic character of Nebbiolo: fine, penetrating aromas of faded rose petals, firm cherry, and a hint of licorice and wet earth. On the palate it has good structure, supported by vibrant acidity and polished tannins that outline its framework without weighing it down; the texture is taut and dry, the progression elegant with savory returns that keep the finish long and fresh. On the nose there are also light spicy and balsamic notes that enrich the aromatic profile, while the palate offers an almost silky sensation.

It is well suited to aging but is already expressive today with a bit of oxygen: it is advisable to open and decant it to allow the aromas to unfold. It naturally accompanies structured dishes such as braised meats, roast meats, hearty risottos and aged cheeses; serve at around 18 °C to appreciate its complexity. A bottle designed for those seeking an authentic Barolo, with strong personality and able to express the terroir with restraint.
