The Barbaresco DOCG "Le Filere" produced by the Vallebelbo winery is an exhilarating emblem of Piemontese style and elegance. This wine, counted among the noble ranks of Italian enology, hails from vineyards located in the renowned Langhe region, known for their rich marl and calcareous sandy soils which impart a complex and refined structure to the wine.

Boasting an intense garnet red color, Barbaresco "Le Filere" stands out for its aromatic bouquet, rich with notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, enriched by hints of vanilla, tobacco, and withered rose, stemming from skillful aging in oak barriques. Its olfactory elegance is a prelude to an equally impactful tasting experience, characterized by elegant and silky tannins that blend perfectly with good acidity and a long, persistent aftertaste.

On the palate, "Le Filere" expresses a gustative complexity with a well-balanced structure and a persistent finish reminiscent of licorice and spices. Excellent with Piemontese dishes like agnolotti del plin or braised Barolo, this Barbaresco also proves to be an ideal companion with aged cheeses and mushroom-based dishes.

Recommended to decant for at least an hour before serving, "Le Filere" boasts an aging potential that makes it ideal for cellar storage for several years. As it reaches its peak of maturity, this wine will become even more captivating, revealing all the delicate and complex nuances that characterize it.
