Barbaresco DOCG Gallina produced by the renowned Ceretto winery is one of the most refined and complex expressions of Nebbiolo from this specific area of Piedmont. Known for its aromatic richness and elegant structure, this wine exhibits an intense garnet red color, with shades that turn towards brick as it ages. On the nose, it opens with vibrant aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, chocolate, and a subtle touch of vanilla, the result of refined aging in wood. On the palate, the Barbaresco DOCG Gallina reveals a silky texture, accompanied by well-integrated tannins and a freshness that promises excellent aging potential. The balance between acidity and body makes this wine particularly versatile at the table, perfect to pair with rich dishes such as roasted red meats, game, or aged cheeses. A true gem for wine lovers seeking a deep and memorable sensory experience.
