The Barbaresco DOCG Risera Currà from Bruno Rocca expresses the denomination's character with restraint and precision. In the glass it shows a clear ruby color, sometimes deeper toward the center; on the nose it opens with scents of ripe red fruit, hints of dried rose and subtle spicy and earthy notes. The approach is refined and not aggressive, with a balance between aromatic elements and structural traits that invites a gradual discovery.

On the palate it confirms a solid structure, present but well-integrated tannins and a salinity that supports drinkability; persistence is good, with aromatic returns on the finish. It pairs well with meat dishes, mushrooms and matured cheeses, and benefits from being served at a moderate temperature to express itself fully. It can be enjoyed now or after a few years of further bottle evolution, depending on personal preferences and storage conditions.
