Visually, it presents an intense and vibrant ruby red color. On the nose, the bouquet is rich in fruity aromas, with prevalent notes of cherries and ripe plums, which blend harmoniously with hints of vanilla and sweet spices, a result of careful aging in barriques. On the palate, the "Bosco Donne" shows a full body and a robust structure, yet balanced by fresh acidity. The tannins are soft and well-integrated, making the sip pleasantly velvety.
The taste persistence is remarkable, leaving a long and pleasantly fruity aftertaste. This wine is ideal to be served at a temperature of 16-18°C and pairs beautifully with Piedmontese dishes such as agnolotti al plin or braised in red wine. It is also impeccable with medium-aged cheeses.
