The 2019 vintage is distinguished by its elegant structure combined with an intense aromatic complexity. On the nose, it opens with lively scents of ripe red fruits, notes of violet, and subtle nuances of spices like tobacco and chocolate, resulting from careful maturation in barrique. On the palate, the wine is powerful yet harmonious, with well-integrated tannins that promise excellent aging potential.

The Barolo Brunate by Ceretto is perfect for accompanying rich and flavorful dishes such as braised meats, roasted red meats, or aged cheeses. It is advisable to decant it for a few hours before serving to enhance all its qualities. Serve at a temperature of about 18°C to fully enjoy its richness and complexity.
