From the production of Arnaldo Rivera, this Barolo DOCG from the Bussia subzone presents an elegant appearance and a composed aromatic profile. The colour shows a ruby hue with faint garnet reflections; on the nose it opens with scents of ripe red fruits, light floral notes and earthy hints that develop into subtle spice nuances. The olfactory progression is measured and invites tasting, offering complexity without excess and a balanced interplay between the fruity component and more austere tones.

On the palate it reveals a solid structure, with noticeable yet well-integrated tannins and acidity that supports the drinking experience. The finish is long and leaves a saline trace that pairs well with characterful dishes; it is suitable for immediate consumption with attention to serving temperature or for cellaring by those who prefer further harmonisation. Suggested pairings: red meats, game birds or aged cheeses.
