The Barolo DOCG produced by the Serio and Battista Borgogno brothers is an example of wine that captures the essence of the Nebbiolo grape in its most authentic and traditional expressions. Located in the heart of the Langhe, one of the most prestigious areas of Piedmont for the production of wine, the Fratelli Serio and Battista Borgogno winery uses oenological practices that respect the history and the territory, producing wines that are a tribute to the land of origin and to the rich winemaking heritage of the region.

The Barolo of the Serio and Battista Borgogno brothers has an intense garnet red color, typical of the best Barolos, which acquires orange reflections with aging. On the nose, the wine offers a remarkable aromatic complexity, with notes of ripe red fruit, dried flowers, spices, tobacco and a light earthy vein, typical of Nebbiolo grown in the best expressions of the Langhe terroir.

In the mouth, this Barolo stands out for its solid and balanced structure, characterized by robust but elegant tannins and an acidity that guarantees its freshness and long persistence. The harmony between power and elegance culminates in a long and memorable finish, which leaves sensations of complexity and fullness in the mouth, a sign of a wine of great quality and aging potential.

Ideal to accompany rich and structured dishes, such as red meats, game and mature cheeses, the Barolo of the Serio and Battista Borgogno brothers is also a perfect meditation wine, which invites careful tasting to grasp all its nuances and depth.
