The Barolo DOCG "Le Filere" produced by Vallebelbo winery is a distinguished and prized expression of one of the most respected Italian wines in the world. Originating from the misty hills of Piedmont, this wine is crafted exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, hand-picked with extreme care to ensure the highest quality.

The vinification of Barolo "Le Filere" follows a strict protocol that begins with fermentation in large oak vats, followed by a lengthy maturation process of at least 38 months, of which at least 18 months are spent in wooden barrels. This allows the wine to develop its complexity, characterized by a deep and persistent aromatic profile.

Visually, the Barolo "Le Filere" presents an intense garnet red color, with reflections tending towards orange as the wine ages. On the nose, it offers a complex and inviting bouquet with notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and plum, together with hints of chocolate, tobacco, and a slight trace of vanilla. On the palate, the structure is robust yet harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Ideal to serve with rich and flavorful dishes like braised meats, game, and aged cheeses, the Barolo "Le Filere" by Vallebelbo is a wine that continues to evolve in the glass, promising a revolutionary tasting experience every time. Perfect for a special occasion, it will stand out in any wine enthusiast's cellar.

Make sure to decant the wine for at least an hour before serving, to allow its complex aromas to fully unfold.
