The Barolo DOCG Ravera from Arnaldo Rivera is a red wine of character that soberly expresses the profile of its place of origin. In the glass it shows a pronounced ruby color with deeper shades. The bouquet combines notes of ripe red fruit, dried flowers and light spicy hints, accompanied by earthy and mineral aromas. On the palate it reveals structure and balance, with perceptible but well-integrated tannins and lively freshness; the finish is persistent and leaves savory and aromatic memories.

It pairs successfully with red meat dishes, rich sauces, roasts and aged cheeses. It can also accompany game dishes or flavorful preparations from traditional cuisine. Before serving, a short decanting time of about thirty minutes is recommended to encourage the opening of aromas and to bring the wine to an appropriate temperature; serve preferably at a moderate temperature to preserve freshness and harmony. Ideal for those seeking a Barolo with a recognizable personality and a profile to enjoy with intense dishes.
