The Barolo DOP Sperss by Gaja represents a masterpiece of Piedmontese winemaking, produced in the heart of the Langhe, a land renowned for the cultivation of Nebbiolo, the principal grape of this denomination. This wine fascinates with its complex structure and vibrant elegance, the result of a rigorous selection of the grapes and a skillful aging process that includes a long passage in oak barrels, capable of giving it depth and finesse.

In the glass, it presents an intense garnet color, while on the nose it releases rich bouquets of withered rose, ripe cherry, licorice, and notes of sweet spices. On the palate, it reveals itself powerful and enveloping, with well-smoothed tannins and a harmonious acidity that amplifies its gustatory persistence. Ideal to accompany robust dishes such as braised meats, red meats, and aged cheeses, the Barolo Sperss is the authentic expression of a gifted territory and a tradition of excellent winemaking.
