Berg Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC from the Niedrist winery presents itself with an essential, measured character: aromas of ripe white fruit and delicate flowers intertwine with a mineral thread that supports its structure. It is a wine of elegant tone, with lively but unobtrusive freshness; the sip shows a medium body, a balance between softness and acidity, and an overall sense of cleanliness that makes it immediate and pleasant.

On the palate it confirms the olfactory promise, flowing and savory enough to accompany food without overpowering it; the persistence is linear, characterized by a light return of fruit and a subtle almond note on the finish. Excellent served chilled, it lends itself to versatile pairings: raw seafood and seafood appetizers, delicate first courses, grilled fish or fresh cheeses. A Pinot Bianco of sober style, suitable for those seeking balance and everyday drinkability without giving up a pleasant finesse.

Winery history
Terroir and vineyards
