Bottega Sparkling Zero Rosé is a non-alcoholic rosé drink made from grape must. Thanks to the skilful dosage of carbon dioxide, it retains the freshness, liveliness and charm of bubbles, offering an alcohol-free alternative for toasting on any occasion. Its soft pink colour is accompanied by an intense must aroma, complemented by fresh, fruity and floral hints.

On the palate, it is sweet, delicate and balanced, with fruity and floral sensations that echo the bouquet. Served at the recommended temperature of 4-5 °C in a flute glass, it is suitable for any time of day. It pairs particularly well with fresh cheeses, especially those made from goat’s and sheep’s milk, as well as small pastries, desserts and dried fruit. It is also suitable for preparing fruit-based cocktails. Available in the 75 cl format.
