Pairing Fish, appetizers, light dishes
Serious, fragrant and of clear territorial identity, this Bianchello del Metauro Superiore shows a linear and pleasant profile: it opens with white flowers and white peach, with subtle herbaceous hints that complete the aromatic picture. On the palate it is smooth and savory, supported by a lively but balanced acidity that sustains the structure without weighing it down; the texture is clean, the overall impression fresh and enjoyable, with a well-calibrated softness. The finish is clean, with a slight almond note that lengthens its persistence.

It pairs naturally with delicate seafood dishes, fish-based first courses and fresh cheeses, but it also stands up to vegetable dishes and light white meats. Serve at around 10-12 °C; ideal for those seeking a savory, easy-drinking white, perfect to enjoy young but with the ability to develop further nuances in the bottle for a few years if stored carefully. Also excellent as an aperitif for a summer lunch or an informal dinner.
