Pairing Sweets, pastries, fruit-based desserts
The Bianco Cannellino di Frascati DOCG presents a warm, enveloping aromatic profile: notes of dried fruit and raisin mingle with honey, dried flowers and candied citrus peel. On the palate it maintains good freshness that offsets the sweetness, offering a soft, caressing texture without becoming excessive; the mouthfeel is pleasantly dense yet balanced, with a persistence that recalls the fruity and honeyed notes. The drinkability remains elegant, ideal for those seeking a sweet wine that is not cloying.

It pairs very well with dry pastries, ricotta- or almond-based desserts, and aged or blue cheeses, where the sweetness finds a harmonious match with saltier flavors. Also excellent as a wine for contemplation or as a measured end-of-meal wine; serve chilled, in glasses that are not too large, to showcase the aromatic elements and the freshness that underpin the sip.
