On the palate it maintains good freshness that offsets the sweetness, offering a soft, caressing texture without becoming excessive; the mouthfeel is pleasantly dense yet balanced, with a persistence that recalls the fruity and honeyed notes. Terroir and vineyards

The winery is located in Monte Porzio Catone, in the Frascati area. The vineyards are situated on volcanic soils called "terrinelle", at varying altitudes and under Mediterranean climatic influences; the DOC area includes Frascati, Grottaferrata, Monte Porzio Catone and parts of Rome and Montecompatri. The estate states it owns approximately 214 hectares of vineyards.
