This Alcamo DOC Bianco from Rapitala shows a bright, clear straw-yellow color. On the nose it offers an immediate and straightforward profile: hints of ripe citrus, white flowers and a subtle herbaceous note evoking the Mediterranean landscape; a mineral thread provides cleanliness and a sense of order. The body is lean but convincing, with a well-balanced acidic freshness that supports the wine without overwhelming it. It is immediately drinkable, leaning toward balance rather than opulence, suitable for those looking for an easygoing table companion.

On the palate it confirms the aromatic promises: lively entry, a mid-palate of good juiciness and a savory tone that prolongs drinkability. The persistence is pleasant and unobtrusive, with citrus echoes on the finish that invite the next sip. Versatile in pairings, it matches seafood dishes, shellfish, light first courses and salads, but also stands up well to a light fry or fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, to appreciate its fragrance and rhythm.
