A white of good freshness and pleasant lightness, this Frascati DOC from Fontana Candida brings an immediate and sincere profile to the glass. The aromas suggest white flowers and pale-fleshed fruit, with light citrus notes that keep the bouquet taut and luminous. On the nose it doesn’t demand complex interpretations: rather it reveals a discreet balance between finesse and simplicity, ideal for those seeking an everyday white of quality. The character is sunny and convivial, perfect for those who enjoy straightforward wines with a recognizable aromatic clarity.

On the palate it is smooth, supported by lively acidity and a pleasant sapidity that lengthens the finish without weighing it down. The structure is light but distinct, with citrus echoes and a clean, slightly mineral finish; a satisfying and thirst-quenching drink. It pairs naturally with seafood starters, pasta with pesto or grilled fish and is best served chilled to accompany summer dishes and informal moments. Also excellent as an aperitif, it stands up well to vegetable-based dishes and fresh cheeses without overpowering the flavors.
