Fontana Candida’s Bianco Frascati DOC in magnum format offers an immediate, pleasant profile: vibrant freshness, balanced acidity and a savory minerality that supports the sip. In the glass it appears bright, with delicate floral hints and notes of ripe citrus that don’t weigh it down; the texture is lean yet present, with a softness that rounds the contours without losing fluidity. A subtle almond note enriches the finish, giving it a harmonious development and pleasant persistence. The overall impression is of a fragrant, approachable wine, suitable both as an aperitif and to accompany light dishes.

The magnum emphasizes its convivial character, ideal for large tables or for those who want bottles that retain balance throughout the evening. It pairs very well with fish dishes, savory appetizers, complex salads or light vegetable-based pastas; it graciously supports Mediterranean flavors without overpowering them. Perfect for informal occasions and light dinners, it stays open and enjoyable even after a few hours. Served chilled, it best expresses the interplay of acidity and salinity and invites drinking with pleasure and regularity.
