Light and lively, this Bianco Frizzante Rubicone IGT by Ronco greets you with a fine perlage and a fresh immediacy that invites the first sip. On the nose white-fleshed fruit and citrus emerge, with slight floral hints that add delicacy; on the palate it is smooth, supported by good acidity and a discreet sapidity that make the sip clean and easy to drink. The body remains slim but well-proportioned, with enough persistence to leave a bright and inviting mouthfeel.

Its straightforwardness makes it perfect for an aperitif but also to accompany seafood starters, summer salads, light fried dishes and fresh cheeses: simple flavors that highlight its freshness. It is best enjoyed young, when its fruitiness and the bubbles are more lively; its unobtrusive character makes it a safe choice to refresh summer menus and convivial breaks. Serve very cold in glasses that are not too wide so as not to disperse the fine bubbles; it is a wine with a convivial character, able to freshen the table and support everyday dishes without excess.
