The Bianco IGT "Il Patto" from Cantine del Notaio is a modern-styled white wine with a restrained, distinctive aromatic profile. It presents a straw-yellow colour, accompanied by delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit, light floral notes and a hint of herbs; on the palate it shows balanced freshness, a pleasant structure and a clean finish. The taste progression favours drinkability without excess, resulting in a harmonious wine that pairs easily.

It is ideal for those looking for a versatile white to drink young: recommended as an aperitif, it pairs with light fish dishes, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled but not icy, around 8–10 °C, to appreciate its nuances. Store in a cool, dark place; a short decanting can help release the aromas if desired. Suitable for informal occasions and everyday meals, without specific oenological claims.

Terroir and vineyards
Based in Rionero in Vulture (Monte Vulture), Basilicata. About 52 hectares spread across typical Vulture sites (Rionero, Barile, Ripacandida, Maschito, Ginestra); volcanic soils with tufaceous layers; some century-old vines.
