The Bianco IGT Prulke from Zidarich shows an elegant, restrained profile. In the glass it displays a bright straw-yellow color and a bouquet leaning toward white-fleshed fruit, with distinct notes of white flowers and citrus peel; in the background are light herbal hints and almond nuances. The entry on the palate is fresh and supported by pleasant acidity, with a balanced flavor structure that allows for discreet sapidity and a clean, persistent finish. The overall tone remains sober, suited to those seeking an honest, unpretentious expression of the wine.

It suits various pairings: seafood appetizers, grilled fish, dishes with shellfish and other seafood, as well as fresh cheeses and light vegetarian dishes. Serve chilled, in fairly broad but not overly ballooned glasses, to express its aromatic profile without overpowering it. Ideal for those who want a wine to enjoy in everyday life or informal occasions while maintaining a refined and understated tasting proposition.
