The Bianco IGT Sottovento from Ronchi di Castelluccio shows a bright straw-yellow color with slight green reflections. On the nose it is straightforward and moderately complex, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, fresh citrus and subtle floral notes; light mineral hints add a clean olfactory impression. On the palate it is medium-bodied, fresh and lively, balanced between acidity and salinity, with a flavorful finish that invites another sip without being overpowering.

It pairs well with a range of dishes: seafood starters, raw fish, baked fish, vegetable dishes and fresh cheeses. It is also suitable as an aperitif or for casual meals; its easy drinkability makes it pleasant in company. Serve slightly chilled, around 8–10 °C, in not too large glasses to preserve aromatic freshness. Storage and consumption that favor freshness are recommended, so enjoy it relatively young to appreciate its liveliness.
